Very applicable to graduate class even though the book does not explicitly state that it is for this type of audience. This text takes away the mystery behind the concept of organizational consulting and has depictions that illustrate the variability of the practice. It allows each user to tailor the lessons to their specific needs whether that be for human resources or for direct performance consulting. Arrived in good condition.

I purchased this book for a Master's class I am in, but it is an excellent resource for internal or external facilitation/consulting. This book presents a very holistic approach to issues and their solutions in organzizations.
